What’s on at the Museum of Childhood this month.
New exhibition Searching For Ghosts features work by local and internationally renowned photographer Tom Hunter. It brings together children who live on Tower Hamlets Boundary Estate (built in1898) and residents who have lived in the area for up to 95 years.
The last of the films in the Watch Talk Think Film season is Girlhood, 15 (2014). It’s showing on 9 March. Doors open at 6.30pm and tickets are £7.
On 16 March, 6.30-8pm, The Gentle Author is giving an introductory talk on Spitalfields’ Nippers by Horace Warner. Tickets are £7.
The museum has two events for board game lovers. Settlers of Catan Day with Mindsport Olympiad takes place on 18 March from 10am-5pm. Tickets for ages eight and up are £7.
Pandemic Live! Can you help save humanity? takes place on 23 March, 6.30-9pm. Join award-winning comedians and help them save the world. It’s just for adults and costs £10.
